The PS2 version isn't too expensive on Amazon, so maybe I'll pick up a copy of it soon...Bryan Ochallahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16256591698209804728noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20740650.post-53950004770847742552011-10-17T18:19:55.165-07:002011-10-17T18:19:55.165-07:00Actually I have played a Taiko game. A couple mon...Actually I have played a Taiko game. A couple months ago my wife and I went to an arcade in town here (I did a post about it on my blog) and we spent a while playing a Taiko game. It was quite fun. We started on the lowest level, which was easy to keep up with. Then I saw that on the expert level you could try playing the Super Mario Bros. theme song so I insisted on trying that. It was way too hard, I guess you need a lot of practice to get up to that level.

Anyway, bottom line is that taiko games are quite fun, especially with two players!Seanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13681778110046124243noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20740650.post-43539780821975544462011-10-17T09:30:39.698-07:002011-10-17T09:30:39.698-07:00Ah, I see you and I are in the same boat, Justin -...Ah, I see you and I are in the same boat, Justin -- the "I've never played a Taiko Drum Master game" boat. I'm seriously thinking of picking up the PS2 version (the only one to be released in the US) on the cheap sometime soon.

Oh, and BTW: Taiko Drum Master/Taiko no Tatsujin is a music/rhythm game played with a drum-shaped controller. You beat on it with drum sticks. The main character/mascot is WadaDon, the cute little guy that serves as the focus of this post.Bryan Ochallahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16256591698209804728noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20740650.post-82354825450077579102011-10-17T07:16:42.202-07:002011-10-17T07:16:42.202-07:00That's pretty cute, even if I have no idea who...That's pretty cute, even if I have no idea who it is.Viewtiful_Justinhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12987909785863469591noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20740650.post-11554125568834429822011-10-16T20:32:02.204-07:002011-10-16T20:32:02.204-07:00Ha ha!
