I own it, but I've never played it because I don't (yet) have a Japanese PS2. It looks great, though :)Bryan Ochallahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16256591698209804728noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20740650.post-42608254497409326672011-12-08T12:09:17.821-08:002011-12-08T12:09:17.821-08:00It's a good laugh alright, must give the PS2 s...It's a good laugh alright, must give the PS2 sequel a go as well :)Retr0gamerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05690223519107108541noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20740650.post-57850739224434205452011-12-08T11:54:06.661-08:002011-12-08T11:54:06.661-08:00I wouldn't say it's on par with Cho Aniki ...I wouldn't say it's on par with Cho Aniki but, then again, what is? It is pretty weird, though. I mean, you're snapping photos of aliens, flashers, Marilyn Monroe lookalikes, etc. It's weird enough :)Bryan Ochallahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16256591698209804728noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20740650.post-63095950865685695482011-12-08T11:46:43.225-08:002011-12-08T11:46:43.225-08:00Well after you've played Cho Aniki the bar for...Well after you've played Cho Aniki the bar for weirdness is set pretty high but I can dig this game's weirdness. Oh and no surprise its hard. It is Irem after all :PMotherplayerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12904671208044717027noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20740650.post-18044610517426370302011-12-08T11:42:03.975-08:002011-12-08T11:42:03.975-08:00Yeah, Japan has always been the home of weird and ...Yeah, Japan has always been the home of weird and wacky games, hasn't it? More so in the past, obviously, but even today I think that's true for the most part.

BTW, Motherplayer, if you've never played this game I'd highly recommend doing so. It's quite fun, and very quirky, if a bit difficult, too. (I don't think I've ever made it past the fifth stage.)

Sadly, it has yet to be released on the Wii Virtual Console, so the only way to play it is to buy the PC Engine or PS1 import or to emulate it in some way.Bryan Ochallahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16256591698209804728noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20740650.post-89813810147475626502011-12-08T11:34:50.945-08:002011-12-08T11:34:50.945-08:00I have to admit I'm a bit envious that a lot o...I have to admit I'm a bit envious that a lot of these wild and crazy designs and games are mostly done in japan. Its like its taunting us that we're no where near as creative, especially back when this game came out.Motherplayerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12904671208044717027noreply@blogger.com
