I never played the first one, although it is available on the VC...is it worth it? And...is it all in Japanese?
It's worth it if you like rail shooters. The VC release features English menus and voices, so you should find it fully playable if you decide to buy it.
Honestly, I suck at rail shooters, so I'd rather watch someone play this than play it myself, but that's not really an option in my current situation, so I'll have to bite the bullet and play it :)
I kind of feel the same way.
