You've just got to love this "classic" Game & Watch commercial.
I mean, it features the Mary-oh brothers (I've always gotten a kick out of that pronunciation), twins dressed in matching outfits and a reminder that the multi- and wide-screened systems can be used to tell time. (I guess that's where the "watch" part of Game & Watch comes into play, huh?)

Ugh...Mary-o. That makes my skin crawl. What a campy commercial!
Ha! I'm glad I'm not the only one :) I was expecting someone to come in here and say, "but that's how you say Mario!"
Anyway, yes, very campy, this commercial. And, oh, so 80s. Or are those the same thing? :)
That commercial is awesome. I have a fascination with kids rooms that appeared in 80s toy commercials, like the one in this one. As a kid they always represented the ideal to which I aspired for my own bedroom. Cool toys scattered about in the background, a dartboard on the wall, much more room and sunlight than any of my rooms ever had. They had it all.
What a wonderful observation, Sean! I was the same way as a kid, BTW. I wanted the bedrooms that were in commercials or catalogs :)
I also like how Bob Denver from Gillian's Island is Stanley the Bugman.
You're right, Mark! How timely is that (in a somewhat sad sorta way)?
And let's not forget the grinning newslady at the end.
Yeah...the news lady was WAY awkward.
Ha! I forgot about the newslady at the end. How random is that??
