So, did you pre-order a copy of Xenoblade Chronicles?

I don't know if you realize, but Monday was Dec. 19--the date Nintendo of America started taking Xenoblade Chronicles pre-orders through its online store.

Did you nab yourself a copy? I did, and I'm very much looking forward to arriving on my doorstep sometime next April.

In the meantime, I think I'll watch and then re-watch this Wii game's official trailer (which can be viewed here) and/or waste my time daydreaming about running through the location shown in the screenshot above.

*drool* I didn't preorder, since I'm broke as hell, but I will be getting it as soon as dollars can be scraped.

Can't wait to get back to this game. Have been distracted recently but once I polish off Zelda I'm going to sink all my time into Xenoblade :)

Well, the good news, Justin, is that it doesn't come out until sometime in April. So there's plenty of time to scrape together some money :)

Oh, I forgot you have this already, Retr0gamer! And Zelda, too? Jealous! How have you been liking Zelda, by the way?

I've only really played the start of it and just like all the 3D zeldas it starts off very slow so way too early to tell but so far I like the art style and the characters. Seems a lot more story focused.

Thanks for the info, Retr0gamer. I'm still on the fence about this Zelda, to tell you the truth. I've read a lot of great things about it, though, so I'm guessing I'll pick it up eventually. Anyway, hope you continue to enjoy it as you pet deeper into it.

I really want to stop buying Wii games, but Xenoblade does look really good.

Xenoblade is a masterpiece, I'm playing it since it's out in europe, must buy!

Well, Darwin, there's only a few left that are worth purchasing, so you're Wii-buying days likely will be over soon. Does that make you feel better?

Personally, I'm planning to pick up Rhythm Heaven Fever and Xenoblade this year. That may be it, though. That's OK with me, as I have a ton of 3DS games on my 'to buy' list at the moment...

Thanks for the input, anonymous! Everyone who has played this game seems to love it. Hope I will, too :)

I'm sure I'll regret it if I don't pick it up when it's out. This seems like one that would be a rare find later.

I've been on this weird Wii binge this past month. I hadn't fired it up in a while, but then impulse bought Sonic Colors, Nights, and Fragile off Amazon... which then led me to get Zelda.

Oh wait, if Last Story comes out, then that would be my last Wii game. :)

Yeah, I have a feeling it'll be hard to find eventually, too, given its rather limited release.

I can understand going on a Wii binge. It's amazing how many great games have been released for it, if you ask me.

What do you think of Sonic Colors and Fragile, by the way? I've been especially curious about Fragile for some time...

As for The Last Story: It'll be interesting to see if NOA brings it and Pandora's Tower over. I'd certainly love it if they did!
