Merry Christmas to all!

I hope all of you who celebrate Christmas are having a wonderful day!

I certainly am, thanks to my parents--who bought me both Wii Fit Plus and Wii Sports Resort. I've spent most of the day playing the latter, with my favorite activities being swordplay (showdown!) and table tennis.

I've also been listening to lots of holiday music, including this chiptune mix of "Ave Maria":

How are you guys and gals spending this day? Are you playing any particular games with family and friends?

That's great, James! I guess someone in your life has good taste, too :) What are your favorite activities in Wii Sports Resort?

Oh, lucky you! I'm jealous--especially about the PS3. Did you get any PS3 games--or do you have your eye one or two in particular?

BTW, thanks for the comment--and for following this blog!

Well I was lucky enough to go out in the sales and pick up one or eight. Batman arkham asylum, assasins creed 1, elderscrolls oblivion, overlord 2, mirrors edge, ratchet and clank tools of destruction, prince of Persia and littlebig planet. (pauses to take breath)
also ordered dragonage origins on amazon so let's hope one of them can hook me! Too used to zelda and starting on a brand new console can be a bit hit and miss if you don't know the games

Wow, that's quite a haul! I'm especially interested in hearing what you think of Dragon Age: Origins, LBP and Mirror's Edge--when you have time :)

I'll let you know, and I'll try not to fill your comments boxes too much!
Funny after having a x360 for ages and having a wii with various community functions (xbox live, mii's) it's taken me to get a ps3 with and using ps3 home to seriously considder it. Well googling it found this blog so it can't be all that bad!
