'Turnip Murder'

A pretty appropriate title for the following piece of art, don't you think?

My favorite part: The creepy-as-all-get-out Shy Guys.

A 9-inch-by-12-inch version of the image can be found on the artist's (Winona Nelson) website, by the way, so if you're really diggin' it and you'd like to hang it somewhere in your home, head on over to winonanelson.com when you have a second.

I saw that a while ago and really loved the shyguy in the foreground. Creepy as hell, for sure. I've always wondered what was under those masks and robes...

I guess I'm just naive. I always imagined they were cute--even under their masks and robes. I can appreciate this artist's perspective, though.

I like the style of the art there...

That doesn't surprise me at all, Gertie :)
